High rate of girls’ dropout of schools

According to research CNYF carried out in July this year 2019, finding indicated that for the girls from these poor families who succeed to be in schools, continuing with the education is still a big challenge.

Mauris eu pulvinar tellus, eu luctus nisl. Pellentesque suscipit mi eu varius pulvinar. Aenean vulputate, massa eget elementum finibus, ipsum arcu commodo est, ut mattis eros orci ac risus. Suspendisse ornare, massa in feugiat facilisis, eros nisl auctor lacus, laoreet tempus elit dolor eu lorem. Nunc a arcu suscipit, suscipit quam quis, semper augue.

This is because many of them drop out (stop), due to other many reasons such as family needs

For example many girls stop going to school, in order to take care of the sick parent at home or to do some work to support their homes or being forced into early marriages. Though some parents often take long while attempting to look for school fees sponsors to take back those girls to school, by the time they get fees those girls find it impossible to continue with the regular schools academic studies

Mauris quis arcu finibus, posuere dolor eu, viverra felis. Orci varius natoque penatibus et magnis dis parturient montes, nascetur ridiculus mus. In porta, ex vitae accumsan facilisis, nisi tellus dictum metus, quis fringilla dui tellus in tellus. Praesent pharetra orci at vehicula posuere. Sed molestie fringilla lorem, vel imperdiet tortor blandit at. Quisque non ultrices lorem, eget rhoncus orci. Fusce porttitor placerat diam et mattis. Nam laoreet, ex eu posuere sollicitudin, sem tortor pellentesque ipsum, quis mattis purus lectus ut lacus. Integer eu risus ac est interdum scelerisque.

Probably, the only options are entrepreneurs and vocational skills training. However, the cost of entrepreneurs and vocational skills training, that could be considered as a middle solution between work and school, are still beyond the means of many poor families living in Kawuku wards.

In some situations also identified, Illiteracy has negative consequences on the whole family for the reason that a parent that hasn‟t received an education is not able to get a good job and is not again able to pay the school fees for his children. Unfortunately the same parent cares very little about the size of his family, thereby creating a vicious circle of poor families transmitted from generation to generation. Such parents have no knowledge about Human rights, especially rights of children to get education and rights of women to live a better life.

Though there is some increasing quality and access to affordable education for poor children and skills training for poor youth and women, this project will give a concrete possibility of social and economic empowerment to the adults of tomorrow
